WattCycle Return & Refund Policy
At WattCycle, we're committed to your satisfaction with our batteries. We understand that there may be situations where you need to return or exchange your purchase.
Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Lost / Damaged Products Received
- If the product was not delivered or lost, please immediately contact us.
- If the product you received was damaged, or if you receive an incorrect or incomplete product, please immediately contact us with proof of videos and/or pictures.
30-Days Money-Back Guarantee
- Within 30 days of the purchase, if you are unsatisfied without quality issues, you have the authorization to refund after return the items complete, unused and in the original package. However, you are responsible for the double shipping cost.
If 30 days have passed since the purchase, full refund cannot be offered.
NOTE: For products that have been used, we reserve the rights to refuse the return.
Shipping Cost
When WattCycle Pays For Return Shipping
WattCycle will pay for the cost of return shipping if the reason for the return was the result of our error.
Examples of instances may include:
Item arrived defective and cannot be fixed with a replacement part.
We shipped out the wrong item.
We shipped it to the wrong address.
We shipped a duplicate order.
Item malfunctioned during the 30 day returns period. (The customer should install and operate the item properly per the product manual instruction.)
IMPORTANT
For items that arrive damaged or are defective, the customer MUST provide videos or photos to support the claim that the item arrived damaged or is malfunctioning. If a customer refuses to or fails to provide videos or photos of a claimed malfunctioning/damaged item, this return will be treated as “buyer’s remorse” and the customer is solely responsible for shipping it back.
If a customer claims an item is defective/damaged, the customer must provide a proof prior to return, with no exceptions.
Once we have received the approved returned item, we will review its condition. If the item is found to be defective, we will issue a refund within 3 working days.
When the Customer Pays For Return Shipping
In the case of a return due to customer error, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and shipping charges are paid by the customer. Fees vary by region.
WattCycle will provide the pre-paid return shipping labels to the customer and the shipping cost for returning the products will be deducted from the refund.
It is important to note that any order offered with special shipping charges is subject to a deduction of our actual outbound shipping costs.
After the 30day returns period, customers may use the WattCycle Warranty Policy for repairs if the item is faulty or malfunctioning. Please refer to the WattCycle Warranty Policy for details.
Return Address
As we have warehouses in different places to receive the return products, please contact WattCycle customer service by email (support.de@wattcycle.com) to obtain the return address.
Refund
- For Non-quality issues, refund is provided following the “30 Days Money-Back Guarantee ”.
- For quality issues, partial refund may be provided according to the usage time of the device after 30 days of the purchase.
- Refund will be processed within 7 business days after the product is returned to WattCyclewarehouse with a refund notification to customer email address.
